Deloitte employee attacking Father-in-law with extreme offensive and political sensitive language and Deloitte has no moral clarity

Deloitte US Employee attacking Cancer Dying Father-in-Law by writing:

"Fucking wow you are a stupid, miserable piece of shit. If you try anything as idiotic as "contacting my employer" or blasting me on social media I will notify every applicable US and Chinese government agency I can find of your attempted extortion. ..I guess you will be OK though because the Chinese government is very lenient with criminal behavior right?"

Deloitte Ethics officers didn't care to look into the ethics complaint as below

25th Aug.,2025

Dear chief ethics officer of Deloitte,

My name is Charles Shi, Chinese citizen living in Shanghai. I am the father-in-law or Soon-to-be- ex- father-in-law of Mr. Gerald Aubin(Jerry), specialist master at Deloitte Arlington office, Virginia.

My daughter Y married Jerry a few years ago and they lived together at xxxx Ct, , VA  They are probably in divorce process now.

I am a late stage lung cancer patient since May 2021. I sued my daughter Y who worked as Level 2 data scientist of xxx for alimony compensation at a Shanghai Court in July 2025 because Y refused to give money covering part of my exorbitant medical bills asked repeatedly since Dec 2024.

The court served legal documents including summon, date plan of hearings by EMS express mail which was delivered 21 August,2025 to xxxx Ct address. The mail delivery receipt was signed off not by Y leaving great concerns for her participating legal process here in China.

Since Y could not be contacted, I contacted Ys husband Jerry, my son-in-law, the Deloitte employee to clarify if he signed off the delivery note and if the court paperwork package was handed over to Y. I asked Jerry by email demanding feed back in an urgent manner.

To make sure Jerry would reply, I called Jerry at 8am and 9 am Virginia time 22 August by Wechat, the tool we used to communicate in the past.

Jerry did not pick up the calls as he did not in Dec 2024 when I called him a few times to check his wife and my daughters whereabout since Y refused then to pick up calls for demand of medical bill payment.

I have legitimate concern that Jerry would not answer my family yet legal related questions. I had to write a warning email in below email trails.

Jerry DID write back shortly and clarified he did not sign off the mail delivery. OK. It was accepted.

However Jerry did not answer other legitimate questions and used vulgar and extremely offensive language to express his dislikes, some are politically sensitive which might not make him or Deloitte look good if exposed and his deeds clearly did not conform to Deloitte integrity policy.

Before retirement, I worked for a US airspace company as East Asia supply chain manager over 10 years and I became a whistleblower on a major counterfeiting Boeing safety parts fraud by a Chinese supplier. My story was covered by Reuters, NBC, Epoch Times and other major media outlets.

My request is very simple

I wish the ethics officer can immediately talk Jerry who is the husband of Y, the defendant, into answering my remaining questions in writing by email so I can produce it to the Court evidencing Y was or was not in receipt of legal paperwork in case Y still lives, same as Jerry, at the xxxx Ct address.

If Y moved out, has Jerry knowledge of her new address?

Jerry has to send me the marriage or divorce certificate evidencing he is the legal person with relationship to defendant answering asked questions.

I believe 72 hours is enough for you to feed me back in receipt of this complaint.

 Thank you and best regards

Charles Shi

 Jerry,

Please accept my sincere apology for pushing too hard on you getting back answers. I tried to call you by wechat twice after 8am and 9am Virginia time with no response  that led to my wrongful idea that you might not take it as important and urgent. Please, please give it a thought I am a cancer dying old man in a desperate state mind.

Since you said soon-to-be-ex-father-in-law, this looks still a family matter, let us do it a family way. Cool down!

Please let me know by your next email:

1.  Does Y still live at xxx Ct address? IF she still lives at this address, can you try to ask her if she received the Court docs?

2.  IF she moved out, do you have any knowledge where her new address is?

After I get answers from you, Jerry,  IF  question 1 was negative, I shall start investigating who and why the mail could have been nowhere and Y was not in receipt of the legal docs. Then I shall advise the Court what and how to do with serving court docs to the defendant.

Thank you and best regards

Charles

Dear soon-to-be-ex-father-in-law:

Thank you for reaching out and threatening me in the same same period of time in which I was continuously sleeping.

Regarding your matter:

  1. That is not my signature. That does not even remotely resemble my name.
  2. I was not at home (or even within 15 minutes of home) on August 21, 2025 at 12:43 pm. This can be backed up by my Google Maps timeline, lunch receipts, and several colleagues.

I have no idea whose signature that is. Maybe USPS accidently delivered it to a neighbor or something. Call them and ask for a description of the signer or something. I don't know and I don't care as I can prove I was not anywhere near that location at that time and this matter is none of my business in the first place.

Threatening me after not responding for 6 hours regarding a 24 hour timeline when you originally emailed me at 3am? Not even going through legal channels and threatening to take actions to attempt to ruin my life if you thought I was doing something? Fucking wow you are a stupid, miserable piece of shit. If you try anything as idiotic as "contacting my employer" or blasting me on social media I will notify every applicable US and Chinese government agency I can find of your attempted extortion (with the proof you so moronically provided in writing). I guess you will be OK though because the Chinese government is very lenient with criminal behavior right?

If there is anything else you require, please either get a subpoena on me like a non-lunatic or go fuck yourself. Personally I would now prefer the latter after the past several hours of your communication.

Worst regards,
Jerry

Jerry,

Following up last email which you may or may not want to reply, here below are the legal implications of your sign off express mail on behalf of Y. My last questions carry crucial legal consequences as the mail contains Court legal docs for a major foreign family law suit.  I need your clarification to give the Court to establish the firm fact that Y was in receipt or not in receipt of the mail. You might accidentally got involved in the matter, but you have legal responsibility now to truthfully answer questions or will be in trouble yourself.

In case you remain silent, I shall be compelled to write to your work place asking management to put pressure on you, I dont  recommend you would rather me do that. IF that does not work out, I shall make a youtube or tik tok  clip or write in Google blogger  mentioning your name and identity for concealing legal docs for a lawsuit concerning your spouse mistreatment of a cancer father who is dY because of no money to pay medical bills. My best suggestion is you consult a lawyer if you decides to remail silent.

Best regards

Charles

Jerry,

I have sent you same messages below to your WeChat, please answer questions together with related certificates using email. Thanks.

  1. I sued Y for alimony compensation at a Shanghai Court. 2. The Court EMS expressed legal docs including Court Summons to Y at xxxx address which was signed off receipt by you 2025-8-21,see the sign off receipt as attached.
  2. Have you handed the EMS mail to Y? I wrote in a separate email demanding that she either discuss a settlement with my Chinese lawyer or she must participate the law suit or I shall publish her private information to media as well as the matter she refused to support her father when in need of medical help, although I spent RMB4millionover half million USDfor her US study from undergraduate to graduate.
  3. IF Y no longer lives at the address, do you know where is she?
  4. I heard from her mother that Y had trouble with your marriage, are you two still married? IF so, please send me the marriage certificate as a proof that the EMS was received by husband of Y to the Court. This is vital for Court to make decision for hearing arrangement.
  5. Jerry, I know this is not good staff, but I have no other choice to ask compensation from Y, also from her mother who refused to give me money for cancer treatment, My family's asset is all under the name of Y and her mother.
  6. Please don't disconnect by blocking any contact info including your wechat, your email, telephone at the moment.  Y and her mother did cut off communication links with me which is a very stupid thing to do.
  7. Please answer my questions above and send your answers together with marriage cert, if not, Divorce cert and explanation that you could not hand over EMS mail to Y as she moved out and you don't know her new address.
  8. I wish I can receive your feedback within 24hours.

Thank you, jerry, my dear son in law.
